<p>Job Title: Sr Civil Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Philadelphia. This individual will play a key role in the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. </li><li>Coordinate and provide client communication. </li><li>Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from concept through completion. </li><li>Develop new clients for the firm and maintain relationships with existing clients. </li><li>Perform and manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines. </li><li>Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines to minimize write-offs by keeping projects on budget. </li><li>Write and review draft reports, including feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports. </li><li>Provide expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design, including SWPPP preparation and water quality compliance. </li><li>Work closely with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization. </li><li>Perform other duties as requested. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>BS in Civil Engineering. </li><li>EIT/PE Certification. </li><li>4+ years of experience within site design, site planning, grading, stormwater, drainage, and soil erosion. </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>PE or ability to obtain in 6 months. </li><li>6+ years of experience within site design, site planning, grading, stormwater, drainage, and soil erosion. </li><li>Experience with infrastructure projects. </li><li>Client experience. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This is a hybrid environment, starting with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. After a few months, it transitions to 2 days in the office and 3 from home. The Philadelphia office has 90 people and offers a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere.
