You will translate research findings into practical, scalable solutions, ensuring that AI technologies are effectively integrated into our products and services. Your role will involve working closely with research teams, engineering teams, and product managers to implement and optimize AI solutions.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>Development & Implementation:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and systems based on the latest research and industry advancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate research prototypes into production-ready code and scalable solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize algorithms and models for performance, efficiency, and reliability in real-world applications.</p> </li></ul> <p>Deployment & Integration:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deploy AI models and systems into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products and services, addressing technical and scalability challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and maintain deployed models, making improvements and adjustments as needed to ensure continued effectiveness.</p> </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Communication:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align AI solutions with business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI development and deployment issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Research & Innovation:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Stay current with the latest developments in AI research and technology and apply relevant advancements to improve AI systems and models.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct experiments and tests to validate the performance of AI models and identify areas for enhancement.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to the innovation pipeline by proposing and developing new AI technologies and methodologies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. ?The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>This role requires working onsite at our Generative AI Center of Excellence</p> <p>located in Mountain View, CA.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience, or minimum 6 years' work experience with Associate's degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related backgrounds</p> </li><li> <p>2 years of programming experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.</p> </li><li> <p>1 years of programming experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have</p> <ul> <li> <p>3 years of programming experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.</p> </li><li> <p>2 years of programming experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.</p> </li><li> <p>1 years of experience in conducting research in machine learning, natural language processing or computer vision.</p> </li><li> <p>Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
