We are also accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with unlimited license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana </li><li>Four (4) years of experience beyond residency training </li><li>Board Certification (Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Medicine-Pediatrics/adolescent) </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Supervision of physician lead, physicians, and advanced practice clinicians in a multidisciplinary healthcare facility </li><li>Clinical experience with an emphasis on family medicine or equivalent </li><li>Administrative experience </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of rules, regulations and standards of care required to administer Health Center policies and procedures required. </li><li>Knowledge of the regulatory authority governing the practice of Nurse Practitioners in the state of Indiana necessary. </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of primary care principles, methods and procedures and basic emergency care essential. </li><li>Must be able to establish priorities and make decisions while using problem-solving skills to carry out responsibilities. </li><li>Ability to manage and build consensus with a group of physicians and extended care providers to ensure quality care, evidence-based practice and cost effective services essential. </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain cooperative work relationships with patients, staff, and peers required. </li><li>Must be skilled in working with highly trained and diverse medical staff.
