At Brandywine by Monarch, we create a fun, safe and caring environment where our residents enjoy their lives in beautiful surroundings with new friends.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Part-Time shifts are currently available</p> </li><li> <p>Evening (4p-8p) and every other weekend shifts are available</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Compassionate, patient and kind</p> </li><li> <p>Interest in working with the senior population</p> </li><li> <p>Able to multi-task and work independently</p> </li><li> <p>Some familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p> </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES :</p> <ul> <li>Greet and welcome all visitors to the community in a professional and courteous manner </li><li>Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel </li><li>Maintain the community's front desk and lobby area </li><li>Assist with various administrative duties as assigned </li><li>Monitor visitor access and maintain security/safety awareness </li></ul>
