<p>The Role:</p> <p>The Student Recruitment and Enrollment Associate plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming enrollment process for families. This position supports the Director of Scholar Recruitment & Enrollment by managing student applications, assisting families with registration, recruiting new students, and keeping student records up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service to families. You are part of a team charged to ensure both Circle City Prep campuses hit enrollment targets by mid-July.</p> <p>Background on the Organization:</p> <p>Circle City Prep a single-site K-8 charter school that is deeply committed to supporting all students to live up to their power and potential through a rigorous college prep education. Circle City Prep is built on research and best practices of high performing charter schools nationwide and is uniquely focused on educating students on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis. For the last four years, Circle City Prep has been the highest performing public school in our community with a 400+ student body, 90%+ low-income and 30%+ multilingual students.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>As a Student Recruitment and Enrollment Associate, you will:</p> <p>Community Engagement & Outreach</p> <ul> <li>Actively research opportunities within the Far Eastside, Broad Ripple and broader Indianapolis community to represent Circle City Prep </li><li>Regularly attend community events, tabling and meeting potential future students and families </li><li>Coordinate logistics for events, open houses and school tours </li><li>Canvas neighborhoods on Far Eastside and Broad Ripple, securing interest forms and scheduling school tours </li><li>Represent Circle City Prep with joy and professionalism at all times </li><li>Ensure Circle City Prep marketing materials are strategically placed and accessible around neighborhood on consistent basis </li><li>Build authentic relationships with community organizations such as daycares, pre-Ks, after school programs, etc </li></ul> <p>Enrolment & Student Records</p> <ul> <li>Assist families with enrollment, registration and documentation to ensure families are 100% fully enrolled by the 1st day of school </li><li>Maintain accurate student records and ensure policy compliance </li><li>Accurately track enrollment data </li></ul> <p>Student & Family Supports</p> <ul> <li>Provide prompt, excellent customer service to families. </li><li>Ensure clear, engaging, and translated communication. </li><li>Be available by phone and email - reply to calls/texts within the hour 9am-6pm </li></ul> <p>Additional Duties</p> <ul> <li>Working evenings and weekends as scheduled </li><li>Design marketing materials </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>To be considered as a Student Recruitment and Enrollment Associate, you must have:</p> <ul> <li>Track record of results in roles of customer service, sales, or administrative supports </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently </li><li>Conversational in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole (highly preferred) </li><li>Belief in and alignment with Circle City Prep's core values and educational philosophy is non-negotiable. </li><li>Pass a criminal background check, as required by law </li><li>Willingness to work occasional weekend and evening work hours required </li></ul>
