<p>Job purpose</p> <ul> <li>In this position you will set up, trouble shoot and operate our Guidolin rotary converting press. You will also be cross trained to set up, trouble shoot and operate our Mark Andy flexographic printing press and our material slitter. </li></ul> <p>Duties and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Follow and understand the SOP's and job specific setup sheets.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to read and follow the job schedule provided.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieving the correct materials for the jobs</p> </li><li> <p>Properly filling out paperwork needed per our procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Have the ability to set up the machines per our setup procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Minor machine and rotary die maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>The weeding of product as needed (Weeding is the removal of excess adhesive on the product and inspecting before packaging)</p> </li><li> <p>Wearing the proper PPE and following all of our safety procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Following 6S of all areas</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Solid troubleshooting skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Basic hand tool use</p> </li></ul> <p>Working conditions</p> <ul> <li>Typical manufacturing environment </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Standing for long periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs (team lifting anything above)</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach</p> </li></ul>
