<p>Job Title: Drafting Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of drafters and oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. This pivotal role ensures the production of high-quality drafting and design documentation across diverse projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a small team of drafters. </li><li>Oversee and coordinate BIM processes. </li><li>Ensure the delivery of high-quality drafting and design documentation. </li><li>Maintain and enforce quality control (QC) standards in all drafting and design deliverables. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience with Revit and Bluebeam. </li><li>2 years of experience managing others </li><li>Strong commitment to maintaining QC standards in drafting and design. </li><li>Experience in drafting, architectural design, and construction drawings. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>At least 5-7 years of experience in drafting and design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. </li><li>Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation). </li></ul> <p>#LIJobs</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
