Over your first four weeks, you'll follow a structured training program that</p> <p>covers the essentials of store operations, focusing on customer service, product quality,</p> <p>and administrative tasks.</p> <p>But the learning doesn't stop there. Once your initial training is complete, you'll have</p> <p>unlimited access to our online training courses, available 24/7. These resources cover</p> <p>key topics like food and labor management, customer satisfaction, team building, and</p> <p>much more.</p> <p>The capstone of your Assistant Manager training is a three-day, in-person course where</p> <p>you'll dive into all aspects of the role alongside peers from across the company.</p> <p>Graduating from this program opens the door to exciting advancement opportunities,</p> <p>including promotion to a General Manager position.</p> <p>A Day in the Life as an Assistant Manager: Assisting the Store Manager in all</p> <p>aspects of the store's daily operations is a big assignment! Bringing your A game to</p> <p>every shift sets the example and standard for your team and the store's success!</p> <p>Serving up the best product and world class customer service is crucially important...</p> <p>However, the role of Assistant Manager is so much more. Daily you will be expected to</p> <p>provide leadership and guidance to team members and assist in their training and</p> <p>development. You will promote a culture of team excellence and continuous</p> <p>improvement by leading by example and delegating tasks. You will set standards of</p> <p>product quality, speed of execution, order accuracy, inventory management; ; as well as</p> <p>create schedules and manage labor. You can expect to interview candidates and make</p> <p>hiring decisions based on store staffing needs. You will assist in the marketing</p> <p>promotional efforts used to drive sales and increase company profitability. As frontli</p> <p>leadership you are trusted, and carry the responsibility to assist in the financi</p> <p>management of the store.
