<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Narrative:</p> <p>As a member of the Hospice Team, the administrative coordinator will support the mission of Hospice.</p> <p>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>answering multi-line phones, sending calls to field staff </li><li>greeting guests to our corporate office </li><li>sorting mail, maintaining incoming faxes, chart audits, ordering office supplies, data entry, maintaining databases for the quality team </li><li>assistance with onboarding of new colleagues in collaboration with the education team, collaborate with vendors, and use of computer software. </li><li>The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-changing environment, </li><li>ability to work efficiently, and strong time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience. </li><li>Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change. </li></ul> <p>Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation and a supportive work environment.</p> <p>Apply today for more information!</p> <p>Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
