Coler is nationally recognized for its specialized memory care program and is proud to hold a 4-Star Quality rating.</p> <p>This is a not an entry-level role-we are looking for a proven leader with a strong background in healthcare food service management, ideally with union and hospital or long-term care experience.</p> <p>As a Food Operations Manager 2, you will support daily food service operations in a complex long-term care setting. Reporting to the Food Operations Manager 3, you'll take ownership of your area, ensuring operational excellence, staff engagement, and resident satisfaction.
