The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CAT power generators up to 3000KW. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Additionally, the technician will interact directly with commercial customers, providing exceptional service and support.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair of CAT power generators up to 3000KW, including those powered by natural gas, biogas, and diesel. </li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of generators. </li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with generators and related equipment. </li><li>Perform load bank testing and other diagnostic procedures to assess generator performance. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and parts inventory. </li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding generator operation and maintenance. </li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. </li><li>Collaborate with other technicians and team members to resolve complex technical issues. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in power generation. </li><li>Interact with commercial customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. </li></ul>
