<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time Mental Health Advocates. This position stars of at a premium rate of $23 per hour in exchange for a 40 hour per week, every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) schedule.</p> <p>As a Mental Health Advocate, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor patient safety on the inpatient psychiatric units </li><li>Assist nursing staff with patient treatment procedures </li><li>Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment </li><li>Assist patients with activities of daily living </li><li>Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment </li><li>Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors </li><li>Assist with patient groups and activities </li></ul> <p>Shifts:</p> <p>Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm</p> <p>Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm</p> <p>Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am</p> <p>Shift Differentials:</p> <p>Evening Shift: +$1.25/Hour</p> <p>Night Shift: +$2.00/Hour</p> <p>Weekend Shift: +$1.50/Hour</p> <ul> <li>Note: The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example - a weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.75 cumulative differential) </li></ul> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs.
