In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensure alignment on objectives, and facilitate seamless handoff to offshore technology teams for execution.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a collaborative nature and strong work ethic. Someone who can gather, digest and translate technical requirements, clearly and succinctly communicate ideas, decisions, and reasoning to both a technical and a non-technical audience, and who has a self-driven desire to keep abreast of the latest sites, gadgets, trends, and innovations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with the client to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of large-scale digital/marketing transformation efforts, encompassing implementation of Modern (omni-channel) marketing - MarTech Platforms, New ways of working (agile operating models), and required Change Management </li><li>Support our account and design teams in partnering with clients to develop digital marketing strategy and roadmaps </li><li>Support our offshore technology teams to ensure seamless project initiation and execution </li><li>Accurately estimating projects and large-scale engagements </li><li>Enforcing adherence to SDLC process by all parties </li><li>Collaborating with the Technical Leads and client teams to understand requirements, design and document technical solutions, and shepherd through </li><li>Contributing to the scaled Veeva and Adobe practices and the continuous improvement activities by proactively bringing innovative ideas/concepts to the table </li><li>Act as main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution </li><li>Critical thinker and innovative problem-solver able to bridge effectively between business and technology </li><li>Act as primary liaison with client IT teams and external marketing technology service providers, and bridge effectively between business and technology worlds. </li><li>Managing integrated plans and downstream impacts of capabilities enablement and adoption </li><li>Support the development of playbooks, standards, governance, and processes for new capabilities and ways of working </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5-10 years of Digital/Tech Consultation or Agency experience within a major global consulting firm </li><li>Defined, initiated, led, and managed several large-scale, complex digital transformation efforts enabling new capabilities and ways of working to drive business growth, significant cost reduction, and improve customer experience </li><li>Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components </li><li>Deep expertise with software development processes and conventions </li><li>Expertise with the foundational elements of web page anatomy and building blocks, such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS </li><li>Expertise with marketing technologies such as websites, banners, emails, databases, and experience management platforms </li><li>Experience with the Veeva platform, specifically Veeva CLM and Veeva Approved Email </li><li>Experience leading client meetings and presentations </li><li>Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, numerical and presentation skills </li><li>Thorough consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients </li><li>Appreciation and change enablement for Agile ways of working and modern technology tools and methods </li><li>Interest and experience in technology and using technology to strengthen value-accretive business strategy and transformation </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
