<p>Job Description Summary:</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>The Contract, Recruiter works cross-functionally with internal departments, candidates and external resources as required to assist the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team with process, systems of staffing-related activities and manage the contingent worker/contract hire process from start to finish globally. The incumbent will support programs and create tools to improve process that will enhance the employee experience and culture.</p> <p>The incumbent will partner with the HR team to support programs and create tools to improve processes that will enhance the employee experience and culture.</p> <p>The Contract, Recruiter supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Primary duties/responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the complete (start to finish) contingent worker/contract hire process. </li><li>Monitor current contractor population, including maintenance of update statements of work. </li><li>Provide recruiting support (including candidate sourcing) for assigned functional areas. </li><li>Assists with process development, solution recommendations and on-going maintenance for technologies, processes and procedures. </li><li>Administer Applicant Tracking System (Workday) including, but not limited to, creation of weekly recruiting status reports, posting open requisitions and ad hoc data/report requests. </li><li>Earns trust across various levels and establish themselves as a trusted subject matter expert. </li><li>Responsible for understanding and complying with hiring policies, procedures and regulations. </li><li>Assists with Operational Excellence execution in conjunction with process improvements. </li><li>Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED</p> <p>Describe the following criteria, which are necessary to effectively perform the position:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum level of education and years of relevant work experience. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources administration (including direct talent acquisition experience) OR equivalent experience and/or education. </li><li>Special knowledge or skills needed and/or licenses or certificates required. </li><li>Demonstrated success providing administrative support in fast-paced environments. able to make informed decisions, influences at all levels of the organization and delivers achievable and measurable results. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail. Strong follow-up skills. </li><li>Prior experience recruiting in Rare Disease environment is preferred. </li><li>We are looking for a Contract, Recruiter with experience supporting several functions though this role will report to a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and will support the following functions: Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and potentially back up support to Commercial organization when needed. </li><li>Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and effectively prioritize multiple projects. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Superior customer service skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members. </li><li>Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. </li><li>Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. </li><li>Special knowledge or skills and/or licenses or certificates preferred. </li><li>Pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry experience in a Human Resources role. </li><li>Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices. </li><li>Knowledge of one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and/or payroll systems. </li><li>Travel requirements </li></ul> <p>Up to 10% domestic and international</p> <p>Hybrid role which requires a few times a month visits to the World HQs in Warren, NJ</p> <p>Hybrid role which requires a few times a month visits to the World HQs in Warren, NJ</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>PTC Therapeutics is an equal opportunity employer.
