<p>Key Performance Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Engage in data-driven professional development. </li><li>Create age-appropriate lessons for the assigned instructional area. </li><li>Supervise and assist students in assigned areas. </li><li>Create and execute a working classroom management plan. </li><li>Determine student activities to demonstrate core concepts and create daily lesson plans for assigned grade levels. </li><li>Choose and maintain supplies and instructional materials in conjunction with the Tri-County curriculum and the building administrator. </li><li>Promote learning activities and projects aligned to the subject matter through various mediums. </li><li>Communicate student concerns with the appropriate staff. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of student information. </li><li>Other duties assigned by administrator and/or supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about student learning and achievement, </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, </li><li>Energetic, </li><li>Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new technology, </li><li>Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow. </li></ul> <p>Evaluated By:</p> <ul> <li>Building Principal or assigned designee </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A college degree AND, </li><li>Valid Indiana Teaching License OR, Workplace Specialist Licensure </li></ul> <p>Submit:</p> <ul> <li>Letter of Interest </li><li>Professional Resume </li></ul> <p>Salary and Benefits:</p> <p>?
