Serving as Access Optimization Analyst III, being a caregiver starts in the office, where you will focus on supporting scheduling workflows, fulfilling EPIC requests, creating reports and much more. Help our teams stay connected, up to date and equipped with the groundbreaking tools and technologies that are changing lives.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 8:00AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Guide the change request process to the enterprise-wide Epic IT systems and coordinate efforts with others to ensure requests are completed. </li><li>Assist in integrating new physician practices into front end Epic Systems. </li><li>Manage Epic change management requests while maintaining the ongoing relationship between the Epic IT department and its direct application customer. </li><li>Support physician practice integration into front-end Epic systems including discovery, design, implementation, and optimization. </li><li>Consult and provide guidance for Epic workflows, scheduling templates, scheduling questionnaire and/or decision tree build adjustments. </li><li>Build relationships internally with the Institute gatekeepers and management and externally with the Epic consulting team to ensure updates are applied and rolled out successfully. </li><li>Lead change requests. </li><li>Analyze all possible impacts that will result from the requested change. </li><li>Verify Institute gatekeeper change approval. </li><li>Validate requested changes in production. </li><li>Verify accuracy of questionnaire flow after implemented change. </li><li>Lead Epic testing and validation efforts. </li><li>Conduct additional QA for appreciative inquiry. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration or related field </li><li>Four years of Epic system experience in an outpatient setting (preferably in an academic medical center) OR a minimum of four years supporting Epic applications that includes optimizing </li><li>OR associate degree and six years of experience in IT or related field </li><li>OR high school diploma/GED and eight years of experience in IT or related field </li><li>Epic Cadence Certification </li><li>Ability to lead, motivate, influence, probe, analyze, synthesize and articulate complex subject matter so it can be easily understood </li><li>Demonstrated leadership, team, organizational and problem solving skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Three years of experience as an Access Optimization Analyst I or II </li><li>Solid understanding of workflows in the ambulatory environment </li><li>Experience and comfort working at all levels of a healthcare organization </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
