The Delaware County Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a County Casework Supervisor. If you are looking forward to using your experience in social work to make a positive impact on your fellow citizens, apply today!f unit staff and assisting in providing or arranging for such training; completing required performance evaluation ratings and evaluation narratives for staff.</p> <p>Description of Work</p> <p>As a County Casework Supervisor, you will ensure the implementation of all federal, state, and county local procedures for individuals living at home or in agency-supported living arrangements. In this position, you will be providing direct supervision and monitoring of caseworkers (Support Coordinators) to ensure compliance with County, State and federal regulations, policies and procedures. Your duties will include participating in and providing documentation for quality assessment and improvement activities, Support Coordination Organization Recertification, human services initiatives, federal and state protocols, and other activities identified by the leadership team. Additionally, you will develop a working knowledge and understanding of a variety of regulations to implem</p> <p>Minimum Experience and Training Requirements</p> <p>Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or</p> <p>Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.</p> <p>Work Schedule and Additional Information</p> <p>Full-time employment</p> <p>Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.</p> <p>Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. After you have completed six (6) months of employment and have regular status, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, per the program offices' hybrid schedule. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Upper Darby.</p> <p>Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.</p> <p>You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
