<p>Job Overview:</p> <p>Manages team responsible for the UKG Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management and other dependent applications. Required to provide integration support for HCM and/or other enterprise applications that integrate with UKG T&A products. Provide functional production support to affiliates sites; assist in the implementations of new affiliates, and to assists with upgrades of new releases and other system technical functions.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance or relevant degree or equivalent experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have at least 5 years of experience managing functional and/or technical resources supporting Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a complex Healthcare or similar industry with Unions and multiple payroll companies setting.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have in depth knowledge of UKG Time and Attendance, Data Hub, Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management, Analytics modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have at least 5 years of experience in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler products.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM product.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to function in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Must be able to accept customers need to constantly prioritize projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis while maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to translate business requirements meet business objectives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Pay policy standardization is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Scheduling Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time, Day </li><li>Will be required to travel to different affiliates within the health care system as needed. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Understand the functional capabilities of the applications and supporting infrastructure. </li><li>Work with business owners to understand business priorities and support the configuration of software to enable supporting processes. </li><li>Work with Payroll Managers to enable key processes leveraging standard application capabilities and configuration. </li><li>Develop and communicate a technical vision to address short-term and long-term solutions. </li><li>Follows IT/departmental standards, procedures, and project documentation requirements </li><li>Manage projects related to the UKG Pro WFM and other products </li><li>Provides strategic and operational expertise to business owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate payroll management. </li><li>Monitors the application of time attendance policies, procedures and programs to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives and vision. </li><li>Monitor the application, document and analyze problems. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
