<p>Job Description</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Nursing Talent Acquisition Consultant-Intermediate to join our Talent Acquisition team!</p> <p>This role will specifically support bedside nursing recruitment for the IU Health system. This is a full life cycle recruitment role which includes conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader, posting positions, sourcing, reviewing, and screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and consulting on candidate selection. This role applies basic total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. A successful Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies.</p> <p>We are looking for individuals with:</p> <ul> <li>Nursing or specialized clinical recruitment experience is highly preferred. </li><li>Deep functional expertise, skills and market knowledge in sourcing top talent and cultivating relationships. </li><li>Strong communication skills and business acumen, ability to partner successfully with key stakeholders and build long-term, trusting relationships </li></ul> <p>At IU Health, your personal and professional growth is a top priority. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred. </li><li>Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices </li></ul>
