This is a hybrid position and may work remotely 1 to 2 days per week.</p> <p>As a Population Health Pharmacy Technician you will play a vital role in identifying, monitoring, and reporting on patients who have medication adherence gaps within the assigned value-based care contracts. Under the guidance of the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, this pharmacy technician collaborates with Population Health Clinical Pharmacists to analyze medication adherence reports, input intervention opportunities into a database, and verify patient medication adherence.
