The Learning Delivery Manager manages the delivery of learning and capability programs for our clients.</p> <p>With fantastic project management skills, you'll ensure that quality programs are delivered to schedule and on budget, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships.</p> <p>Reporting to a Learning Delivery Director, you will be responsible for a variety of clients, working with the Inizio Engage XD Client Engagement team to spot and realize opportunities for growth.</p> <p>Your core program delivery role will see you partnering with a variety of team members across Nazaré and Inizio - from learning capability writers, life science writers, trainers, consultants, digital designers and more!</p> <p>You will be the daily contact for clients, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead, ensuring portfolios of programs meet client goals and set the Nazaré team up for success.</p> <p>We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.</p> <p>What will you do ...</p> <p>Lead on project organization and management, always following company standards and processes across a portfolio of programs.
