Here, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of insurance and make a meaningful impact.</p> <p>Your Role: You will handle community member onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts and implementing efficient inventory control procedures. You will communicate status updates with leadership and ensure top-notch service. You will maintain new hire setup templates and update leadership across the company. You will provide training and tutorials for new hires on using their computer equipment and contacting IT Services. You will investigate workflow improvements and develop functional solutions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Technical assistance: Provide initial and ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues and offering workarounds</p> </li><li> <p>System/Software setup: Ensure new hires have the necessary technical setup, including hardware, software and access to company systems</p> </li><li> <p>Resource creation: Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including manuals, guidelines and password documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solving: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating issues if needed</p> </li><li> <p>Training and guidance: Provide training and guidance on using company tools and software</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for onboarding, offboarding and people change processes and resources</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Answer employee questions regarding policies, resources and technical issues</p> </li><li> <p>Coordination: Coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Service mindset: A service-first mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail: Careful attention to detail to ensure accurate onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software and operating systems</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner</p> </li><li> <p>Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of three years' application support or comparable experience</p> </li><li> <p>Proven customer service mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical users</p> </li><li> <p>9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET working hours</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer: One of the advantages of working at USLI is the competitive salary and benefits program we offer fulltime and eligible part-time employees.
