We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital's Occupational Health clinic and supervising staff with a focus on developing the professional practice environment and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and provides excellent customer service. This position is a licensed advanced practice provider.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provide leadership and support to Occupational Health clinical staff. </li><li>Provide clinical consultation for complex cases. </li><li>Facilitate patient care and service delivery by allocating staff resources and facilitating patient needs. </li><li>Implement and monitor clinic-based standards and process improvements. </li><li>Participate in appropriate committees as a member of the health and safety infrastructure. </li><li>Develop and manage key programs, collaborates with key departments and team members to improve compliance, ensure delivery of services to meet program objectives in a resource effective manner, and provides metrics for these programs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree Nursing required </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Credentials</p> <ul> <li>Nurse Practitioner [NP] / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse [APRN] [State License] preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience in occupational health, emergency room, ambulatory care, and/or orthopedics as an APP. 5-7 years required and Supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience 2-3 years required </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization. </li><li>Strong problem solving and negotiation skills. </li><li>Ability to effectively conduct meetings, both formal and informal. </li><li>Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly. </li><li>Identify areas of inefficiency and develop process improvement plans. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Remote</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
