Includes study of cameras and basic techniques, including the use of Photoshop.</p> <p>JOU 3372 Digital Media & Design An experiential course in multimedia skills and creative principles required for video field production and postproduction, focusing on writing, producing, planning, shooting, and editing digital media projects and assignments.</p> <p>JOU 4375 Reporting for Electronic Media Advanced reporting techniques, story development process and tools needed to interview and write, report and edit for web, broadcast, and print media.</p> <p>Job requirements:</p> <p>A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, Photography, Film or related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Skills and experience in audio, video, photography and other multimedia are required. Preference will be given to applicants with work experience in broadcasting, video, photography or multimedia. This is a part-time position. Candidates must possess a valid drivers' license and pass a background check.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Successful candidates should have skills and experience in Journalism and Multimedia; a commitment to high academic standards; dedication to student success, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe software, Canvas and Zoom.
