<p>Kforce is seeking a highly organized and welcoming Office Coordinator for one of our clients to serve as the central point of contact for daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values attention to detail, and enjoys fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is located in Bedford, MA.</p> <p>Summary: You will support multiple departments-including finance, operations, and sales-while ensuring the office runs smoothly and visitors are welcomed with professionalism and warmth.</p> <p>Day to day responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet visitors, clients, candidates, and employees with professionalism and a friendly attitude </li><li>Coordinate office logistics: schedule meetings, manage conference rooms, and arrange deliveries </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment </li><li>Oversee relationships with facility vendors and manage office supply inventory </li><li>Provide administrative support for finance and operations, including scanning, filing, and processing expenses </li><li>Support new hire onboarding: ship materials, coordinate orientations, and set up workstations </li><li>Manage incoming/outgoing mail and oversee shipping, tracking, and package receipt </li><li>Assist field sales teams by maintaining and shipping marketing materials and demo products </li><li>Plan and coordinate team celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, and workplace experience initiatives* Bachelor's degree preferred and 1+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, ideally in a professional office environment </li><li>Demonstrated intelligence and strong judgment in managing tasks and making decisions, including ability to handle sensitive and confidential information </li><li>Professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset </li><li>Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software </li></ul>
