If you are a people pleaser, self motivated, and live to serve others, the Omni Severin Hotel is the hotel for you.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Handles all administrative duties required by the Sales and Marketing Divisions in order to provide superior services to our guests.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Schedules and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines of all managers. </li><li>Types and distributes all correspondence, including letters, emails, proposals, contracts, etc. for assigned managers. Ensures that all correspondence is 100% accurate. </li><li>Maintains account files and ensures that all information is included in file for turnover to Convention Services. </li><li>Checks own mailbox in the morning and afternoon. </li><li>Answers calls to sales office by third ring. </li><li>Ensures that all managers receive messages in a timely manner. </li><li>Enters group information (sites, resumes) in Outlook. </li><li>Assists unassigned managers as needed. </li><li>Updates bulletin boards on assigned months. </li><li>Gathers materials and mails packages to clients as necessary. </li><li>Takes detailed inquiry leads and submits to appropriate manager. </li><li>Inputs amenities into Alice for VIP clients and processes paperwork (amenity card, receipt signature from Room Service.) </li><li>Processes outgoing mail. </li><li>Participates in schedule rotation for late coverage on days the office closes early. </li><li>Serves as the property Flip lead champion. </li><li>Works in conjunction with Corporate Sales Automation and Complex Market Research Coordinator to maintain Delphi FOC data. </li><li>Works in conjunction with Centralized Group Rooms Coordinator to ensure all group turnovers have been built into Opera. </li><li>Services all rooms only wedding blocks. </li><li>Provides weekly updates to all brides arriving within 90 days. </li><li>Executes sales driven projects assigned by DOSM and ADOS. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others. </li><li>Must have good oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Express, Excel). </li><li>Previous knowledge of Delphi and Opera preferred. </li><li>Must have good organizational skills and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time. </li><li>Must present a neat and professional appearance. </li></ul> <p>Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
