<p>Overview</p> <p>Start your career with Behavioral Concepts (BCI)!</p> <p>BCI is current seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master's level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Behaviors</p> <ul> <li>Clinical Competence: Continually striving for clinical excellence in the services provided </li><li>Parent Partnered: Working well with parents, teachers and caregivers </li><li>Integrity Guided: Doing what is right- no excuses </li><li>Clinically Curious: Seeking ways to expand one's knowledge and share it with others </li><li>Client Centered: Focusing on client progress and being flexible in one's approach </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed </li><li>Implement teaching procedures using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis </li><li>Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability </li><li>Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings </li><li>Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies </li><li>Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clients </li><li>Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly </li><li>Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten </li><li>Support parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activities </li><li>Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Holding or pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) </li><li>Working toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) </li><li>Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance </li><li>Excellent time management skills </li><li>Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes </li><li>Ability to multitask </li></ul> <p>BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
