<p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Car Wash Lead, you will be responsible for assisting your Store's Leadership in attaining WetGo goals and objectives while generating sales growth.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Experience Required: 1 to 3 years </li><li>Experience Desired: Previous Car Wash Management </li><li>Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Certification or Licensing Required: Technical/Mechanical School </li><li>Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds </li><li>Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, customers, and products. </li><li>Achieve and maintain prompt, courteous customer service, attend to customer concerns/complaints and promote company culture. </li><li>Clean windows on the car wash building. Clean car wash area by sweeping debris, shoveling snow and salting when necessary. Hose down the concrete area of the car wash. </li><li>Hand finish cars as needed. </li><li>Assist Store Leadership in achieving targeted sales for site. Build ongoing relationships with customers to establish repeat business and referrals. </li><li>Assist customers in finalizing sales as needed. </li><li>Responsible for ordering and receiving of all WetGo supplies. </li><li>Motivate team to provide value-added services, such as vehicle prepping, as needed. </li><li>Maintain communication with Store Leadership and WetGo Team Members. </li><li>Assist in training and leading current WetGo attendants and new hires. </li><li>Implement all WetGo promotions, including signage, ordering, team training, establishing team performance goals, etc. </li><li>Develop work assignment sheets for every WetGo shift - ensuring completion on a daily basis. </li><li>Support and enforce all company policies as presented in the GetGo Handbook and/or established by GetGo Management regarding safety and security procedures and other company policies. </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure car wash uptime expectations are met. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floor, interior and exterior car wash and vacuum areas, etc., to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met. </li><li>Keep car wash area clean by sweeping debris and shoveling snow when necessary. </li></ul> <p>Starting Rate of Pay</p> <p>$17.50</p>
