With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.</p> <p>Company Website:</p> <p>www.carrierenterprise.com</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As a Branch Sales Manager, you will lead the branch team and be responsible for all elements of the branch business, including ownership of the branch P&L. Responsibilities include working with company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, improve operational efficiency, and manage day-to-day activities such as receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management to ensure the success of the business. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan in a local area to reach and exceed business goals.</p> <p>Sales Excellence: Demonstrate sales excellence daily.</p> <p>Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate your team.</p> <p>Customer Growth: Expand the existing customer base and identify growth strategies for new sales channels.</p> <p>Technology Utilization: Utilize CE's proprietary technology to grow sales and promote operational excellence.</p> <p>Training and Development: Develop and train team members to surpass personal and professional ambitions.</p> <p>In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Prior experience in Customer Service.</p> <p>Prior leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.</p> <p>Experience in leading people in a retail environment.</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.</p> <p>Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.</p> <p>Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience working with HVAC contractors strongly desired.</p> <p>Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.</p> <p>Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to participate.</p> <p>Ability to function at an above-average level in a technical environment.</p> <p>Prior experience using sales and/or inventory management systems.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.</p> <p>Experience managing in a B2B environment in distribution or wholesale sales preferred but not required</p> <p>Excellent relationship-building skills; must be a team builder as well as a team player with a focus on sales.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Health Insurance</p> <p>Health Savings Account</p> <p>Dental Insurance</p> <p>Vision Insurance</p> <p>Life Insurance</p> <p>Disability Insurance (Short-term and Long-term)</p> <p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p> <p>Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development</p> <p>Paid Vacation & Sick time</p> <p>Company Paid Holiday's</p> <p>401(k) Plan with Employer Match</p> <p>Employee Discount Program</p> <p>Invitation to Apply</p> <p>Full-time and part-time positions are available.
