This position will be involved in the coordinating of resources development of budgets financial management design and implementation of projects developing and tracking schedules and creating processes to bring projects from inception to completion to including planning and organizing effective and compelling public engagement. This position will also assist in the oversight of the Public Works Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Specific duties can be found in the job description link on the advertisement. Note: This position will participate in meetings and events outside normal working hours. It is also subject to recall outside of normal working hours weekends and holidays. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering project management or business administration plus 3-5 year's professional project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. NHDOT Local Public Agency Certification and Professional Engineer's License in the State of NH are both preferred but not required. A Valid Driver's License is required.
