<p>The Marketing and Social Media Intern will provide administrative and event marketing support to the Marketing department at ACL Live at The Moody Theater. The Intern will participate in industry research and social trends to grow audiences and brand awareness through marketing channels while gaining exposure to the day-to-day functions of a live music venue.</p> <ul> <li>Ideate and execute content for ACL Live social media channels. </li><li>Collaborate with the digital marketing team to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing social media and video content. </li><li>Collect data and engagement statistics from various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), including but not limited to reach, engagement, followers, highest performing, etc. </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing team to curate and research content ideas for all social channels--primary focus on executing multiple Instagram/Facebook reels each week. </li><li>Monitor social media feedback, questions and comments, and work with leadership for appropriate response and interaction. </li><li>Serve as marketing representative on show nights, escorting press and photographers, posting live on social platforms, etc., on assigned nights. </li><li>Coordinate and update internal venue signage to promote venue needs, submitting events to local calendar listings for enhanced promotion. Monitor and manage administrative documents for ongoing show support, listings, advanced promotion, etc. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
