We are proud to be ranked by the prestigious Corporate Knights Inc. as the world's most sustainable building material company in 2023.</p> <p>Join us and make a difference!</p> <p>Your future team</p> <p>As a Talent Recruiter you will be a part of the recruitment team of 4 who successfully recruit professionals for different areas and functions within ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center.</p> <p>HR Team in ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center is responsible for recruitment as well as HR Admin processes for the employees on site in Poznan. The local HR team consists of 13 people, including 4 in the recruitment sub-team.</p> <p>What you will be doing</p> <p>In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from the initial job briefing to extending offers - ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll be responsible for recruiting diverse roles across various departments and business areas within our competence centres in Poznan and Warsaw. You will build strong, partnership-based relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to co-create effective sourcing strategies and provide valuable market insights that will help attract the right talent and support ROCKWOOL's growth.</p> <p>Also you will:</p> <ul> <li>Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking. </li><li>Use your expertise to assess candidate fit, ensuring alignment with role requirements and ROCKWOOL's culture. </li><li>Build relationships with specialists from relevant industries, expanding networks and strengthening the market recognition of ROCKWOOL </li><li>Leverage local market knowledge to provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry trends. </li><li>Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. </li><li>Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for ROCKWOOL's employer brand. </li><li>Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate processes and drive continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>What you bring</p> <p>We are looking for a colleague who is open-minded about current market trends and has a strong drive for seeking new unconventional methods and possibilities of sourcing professionals.</p> <p>Moreover, apply if you have:</p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in-house), covering a variety of roles across different organizational levels. </li><li>A strong track record of building and maintaining effective partnerships with hiring managers. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of the local job market, including insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks. </li><li>Organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (C1 level). </li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (preferably Workday). </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
