This individual participates in planning, organizing and directing the design, operation and maintenance of the Network Infrastructure on an enterprise level for the company as operated by the Online Technology Department.</p> <p>The Engineer helps to define network solutions and provides vision, problem anticipation and problem solving ability to the organization, in partnership with the Senior Manager. The Engineer will be responsible to liaise with other groups such as business units and applications and systems teams to develop business and technical requirements, develop project plans, network designs and implementation plans.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work with Agile development teams in Dev Ops role provisioning both cloud and on premise services </li><li>Participates in technical initiatives related to the design, implementation, monitoring, problem resolution and overall maintenance of the FULLBEAUTY Brands and International network systems infrastructure supporting the E-commerce business. </li><li>Coordinates with the Operations group to ensure smooth implementation and cutovers of the networks. </li><li>Interface with representatives of business units, and technology groups to implement and support networking services. </li><li>Collaborate in developing the architecture roadmap for the data and security networks based on service development and demand to support existing and evolving network services. </li><li>Lead the implementation of solutions to grow the network to meet the group's evolving service requirements. </li><li>Participate in all technical aspects of server technology, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN and security internet projects including, short and long term planning. </li><li>Help evaluate and select inter-connectivity hardware, software, and services to fulfill various businesses needs as requirements develop. </li><li>Perform network management functions/troubleshooting/capacity planning/performance monitoring utilizing various network management/analysis tools. </li><li>Help define internet working standards and reinforce the continued use of such within the enterprise infrastructure. </li><li>Provide technical support, operations and problem resolution of network infrastructure as required, including 24X7 on-call support. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to peers and support personnel. </li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Business or related field and/or demonstrated capability through previous experience and education to perform job responsibilities </li><li>Four years' experience in systems and virtualization design, implementation, and troubleshooting of mission critical IT systems across multiple sites. </li><li>Proficient knowledge of configuration with Cicso IOS, routers, VPN concentrators, network switches, and firewalls, knowledge of configuration with IDS </li><li>Knowledge of configuration with Citrix Netscaler load-balancer </li><li>Knowledge or understanding of various internetworking protocols such as TCP/IP, RIP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, SNMP, PPP, HSRP, DHCP, NAT, IPSec and ATM. </li><li>Knowledge in LAN, WAN, MAN, VPN and network security technologies. </li><li>Knowledge and experience with network and systems management/analysis tools such as NETIQ, IBM NetView/Tivoli/Director, Cisco Works, MRTG, Solarwinds, Distributed Sniffer, NetScout nGenious Performance Manager, Concord Performance Manager, etc. </li><li>Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, IIS, Linux, DNS, FTP and SMTP desired </li><li>Ability to respond quickly, troubleshoot and resolve a network infrastructure problem in a methodical and effective manner. </li><li>Familiarity with the business operations of an E-commerce and/or a hosting provider </li><li>Proven written and verbal communications skills, including an ability to provide a synopsis to management. </li></ul> <p>WHY JOIN FULLBEAUTY?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision) </li><li>Employer HSA Contribution </li><li>401K Match </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Hybrid Work Schedule (Corporate) </li><li>Business Casual Attire </li><li>Wellness Initiatives </li><li>30% Associate Merchandise Discount Across our Family of Brands </li><li>Employee Discount on Travel, Cell Phone Plans and More </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off Program </li><li>Promote From Within Culture </li><li>Commitment to Being an Equal Opportunity Employer </li><li>Life Insurance Benefits </li><li>Internal charity that supports FULLBEAUTY Brands' associates and their immediate family members during times of extreme hardship </li></ul> <p>FULLBEAUTY Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
