We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and quality in our operations.</p> <p>Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Shift Lead to oversee and coordinate our inventory operations during the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, lead and train team members, troubleshoot discrepancies, and uphold compliance with safety and quality standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, track stock movements, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels. </li><li>Team Leadership: Direct, train, and assist inventory personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. </li><li>System Utilization: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and update records. </li><li>Process Improvement: Monitor and enhance inventory handling processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. </li><li>Quality Assurance: Verify received and stored inventory, ensure proper product labeling, and inspect for damages or discrepancies. </li><li>Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper use of inventory equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts), enforce safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness in work areas. </li><li>Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot inventory variances, collaborating with warehouse and operations teams for solutions. </li><li>Reporting: Complete required inventory reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to management. </li><li>End-of-Shift Duties: Secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties, and complete all required paperwork. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. </li><li>Capability to lift and stack products between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally. </li><li>Willingness to work in a multi-temperature environment (dry, cooler, freezer). </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience</p> <p>1 - 2 years warehouse and / or production work experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>2 - 4 years warehouse and / or production work experience; team lead experience.</p> <p>Preferred Professional Certification(s): OSHA Forklift operator certificate</p>
