Fuel your career with GEODIS and discover endless growth opportunities.</p> <p>Your role on the team:</p> <ul> <li>Inputs data and processes large volume of export documentation </li><li>Prepares documentation for payment to service providers </li><li>Enters export classification data into system </li><li>Performs export billing, document record retention and audit support </li><li>Runs daily, monthly, and quarterly excel reports based on departmental requirements </li><li>Verifies supplier data on purchase orders and quotes </li><li>Coordinates storage and retrieval of documents and materials currently warehoused off site </li><li>Performs other department functions including data entry, filing, reporting </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training </li><li>Experience with US Customs & Border Protection laws and regulations preferred </li><li>PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel </li><li>Knowledge of AS400 preferred </li><li>Detail oriented with strong with strong organization and interpersonal skills required </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills required </li><li>Able to work independently and adjust to change.
