Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.</p> <p>The objectives of this project are to:</p> <p>Develop a review process of all OJTs for the quality assurance department to ensure compliance with PCI GMP Training Program by implementing Job Instruction Breakdowns</p> <p>The scope of this project includes:</p> <ul> <li>Procedural requirements as indicated in corporate and site-specific SOPs, WIs, and Policies. </li><li>OJTs for the quality assurance department Assess the need for Job Instruction Breakdown sheets for Validation, QC Microbiology, and QC Analytical departments. </li><li>Observe OJT from qualified trainers </li><li>Creation of individual job instruction breakdown sheets for each OJT in the quality assurance department. </li><li>Creation of individual job instruction breakdown sheets for OJTs in the Validation, QC Microbiology, and QC Analytical departments, if time allows </li></ul> <p>Join us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
