Broad knowledge of complex components and how they work and interact. </li><li>The ability to conduct inspections, diagnostic tests, to identify worn and damaged parts, to test drive and to adjust controls and systems </li><li>Must be able to complete preventive maintenance, install component and part upgrades. </li><li>The ability to complete necessary paperwork. </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Automotive Diesel Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on Diesel Vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards </li><li>Diesel automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification </li><li>Diesel Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs </li><li>Explain diesel mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers </li><li>Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology. </li><li>Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made. </li><li>Understand and achieve performance objectives for individual and team repair production. </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Sign-on Bonus</p> <p>up to $60/hour flat rate !!!!</p> <p>That's right up to $60/hour</p> <p>Generous Production Bonuses!</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year</p>
