Offer direct, individualized support to students, implementing IEPs as directed by teachers and specialists. ? Maintain clear communication with teachers and the Principal regarding student progress and completed tasks. ? Ensure the safety and well-being of assigned children in various school settings. ? Assist in creating a positive learning environment by preparing materials, reading to students, and supporting classroom activities. ? Provide constructive feedback on student work as directed by the teacher. ? Maintain accurate records, conduct inventories, and perform basic administrative tasks as needed. ? Assist with behavior management and reinforce positive student conduct. ?
