Our team is a group of highly skilled procurement professionals with a strong business focus.</p> <p>We are proud of our open-mindedness and effective communication, creating an environment where collaboration is key.</p> <p>Our team is not only excellent in respective areas of expertise, but also enjoy working together and supporting each other in the achievement of common goals.</p> <p>What will you be doing:</p> <p>As the Compliance Specialist in the Procurement Insight Team, you'll be supporting end-to-end supplier and contract compliance across the procurement function. You'll be focusing on monitoring compliance, managing documentation, reporting risks, and supporting the standardization of supplier processes. You'll be providing administrative support to Category Managers and following up with suppliers on compliance matters. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring, that procurement activities meet internal and external requirements.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will be focused on:</p> <ul> <li>Compliance Management: lead and coordinate procurement compliance activities, ensuring supplier and contract processes meet internal policies, procurement standards, and external regulatory requirements, including EU-level mandates. </li><li>Documentation and Reporting: create and maintain comprehensive, compliance-focused documentation, including process manuals, reporting templates, best practices, and dashboards. These tools support regulatory readiness, internal audit requirements, and knowledge sharing across procurement </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: engage actively with stakeholders across GSP, Legal, Business Assurance, Sustainable Sourcing Manager, and other departments to align compliance processes, reporting standards, and risk mitigation efforts with broader business goals-ensuring a coordinated and transparent approach to procurement governance. </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in business related field (Master's degree would be preferred) </li><li>2+ years of experience with CLM and Compliance or other functions relevant to contract management </li><li>Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping </li><li>Ability to understand and interpret the relevant regulations and addressing further </li><li>Ability to multi-task across a variety of projects and activities </li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to network </li><li>Problem solving, analytical skills </li><li>Strategic thinking </li><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken) </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
