<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Provide high quality outpatient psychotherapy for youth and young adults at Upstate's nationally-recognized Psychiatry High Risk</p> <p>Program (PHRP). The PHRP is an award-winning, recovery-based suicide prevention program that uses a multidisciplinary team-based approach to address underlying vulnerabilities for</p> <p>transformative healing, and has been recognized by SAMHSA as a "best practice in suicide prevention". The applicant will collaborate with team members and will be trained in Dynamic</p> <p>Deconstructive Psychotherapy to provide effective treatment. A well-qualified applicant will have qualities of kindness, curiosity, openness to new</p> <p>ideas, and ability to collaborate with clients and team members of varying educational and cultural backgrounds.</p> <p>Opportunities are available for continuing education credits, teaching, research, and career advancement.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or a related field.
