<p>The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and empowering employees to embrace and adopt change. This position will build change management strategies, develop, and execute communication and engagement plans, and provide training and coaching to employees to help them through the transition.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Key Responsibility #1: Develop & Manage Change Mgmt Strategies 40% of Time</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage change management strategies, plans, and tools to ensure the successful implementation of strategic organizational initiatives </li><li>Partner with leadership and project teams to integrate change management into enterprise-wide strategic initiatives </li><li>Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate and engage employees </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibility #2: Execute Change Management Activities & Drive Adoption 40% of Time</p> <ul> <li>Complete stakeholder analysis to assess impact, identify key influencers, and tailor engagement approaches </li><li>Create engagement plans to drive awareness, understanding, and buy-in for change initiatives </li><li>Implement change management engagement plans by creating and collaborating with other business areas on communication, training, and engagement activities </li><li>Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support employees and leaders through change </li><li>Lead and facilitate a Change Champions group, equipping them with tools, messaging, and support to drive adoption at all levels </li><li>Address resistance to change by providing hands-on support, identifying barriers, and driving solutions </li><li>Collaborate with teams to ensure change is embedded into daily workflows and processes </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibility #2: Monitor & Report on Change Mgmt Strategies 20% of Time</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage metrics to track and measure change management success </li><li>Monitor and analyze organizational change progress and effectiveness </li><li>Report on change management successes, challenges, and lessons learned to inform future initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of related work experience required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field required. </li><li>Proven track record of leading successful organizational change initiatives </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders </li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret data </li></ul> <p>#LI-ID1</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
