<p>Req Id: 36318</p> <p>Job Title: Indianapolis Director of Career Relations</p> <p>City: Indianapolis</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Indianapolis Director of Career Relations is responsible for aligning and supporting the Indianapolis-focused efforts of the Center for Career Opportunities, Office of Experiential Education and Office of Professional Practice to cultivate and develop strategic multidisciplinary partnerships with employers, industry leaders, workforce development initiatives and community organizations to increase internship and employment opportunities in the greater Indianapolis area. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice Provost and Chief Academic Office for Indianapolis with a dotted line to the Senior Director for Career Success, this role will strategize to enhance collaboration between the industry-facing student services in Indianapolis through cross functional teams to develop a seamless experience for corporate partners, requiring in-depth knowledge of campus offerings, and ensure operational excellence and efficiency.</p> <p>Additionally, the Indianapolis Director of Career Relations will operationalize the Indianapolis Guaranteed Internship Program from marketing, employer on-boarding, opportunity availability and participation. They will run point on coordination and strategy at the Indianapolis extension to ensure that every career unit operating in Indianapolis is on track to meet guaranteed internships.
