<p>40% Direct billing, collections, and cashier functions of the university. Maintain accurate tuition and fee schedule. Manage payment plan. Resolve student issues. Develop partnership pricing models.</p> <p>25% Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuous quality improvement. Consult IT staff to identify issues and develop solutions in Workday. Document decisions. Perform periodic audits to ensure system integrity.</p> <p>20% Interact with various internal and external constituents. Provide reports and data to state and federal agencies. Support and ensure compliance in billing and collection of institutional managed student loan programs. Serve as liaison between Ohio Attorney General's Office and students with past due balances.</p> <p>10% Manage organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the university's goals and objectives; oversee recruitment; training; supervision, and evaluation of staff. Encourage customer-orientated staff interaction with students, parents, and administrators.</p> <p>5% Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Additional Position Information:</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Requires a minimum of 6 years' experience in accounting and business administration in higher education or a related field. Prior supervisory experience required. Strong problem solving, communication, and project management skills required. Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Banner is required. First-hand experience running reports, developing queries, manipulating data within spreadsheets and/or systems preferred.
