Join us and be a key contributor to our commitment to excellence and innovation!</p> <ul> <li>Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent product quality. </li><li>Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions. </li><li>Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. </li><li>Documentation: Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). </li><li>Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. </li><li>Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices. </li><li>Project Management: Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams. </li><li>QMS Oversight: Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. </li></ul> <p>Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment (ISO Environment) required. </li><li>1 - 2 years' experience - Lead Auditor preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of ISO and GMP requirements and relevant industry standard practices is required. </li><li>Must have the ability to interpret these regulations to ensure proper implementation in the plant systems. </li><li>Must have experience in performing risk analysis (e.g., FMEA, FTA, Risk Ranking/Filtering). </li><li>Excellent analytical / problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word required. </li><li>Must be a team player.
