For more information, click here.</p> <p>Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager - MOTRIN, Externals, Sleep</p> <p>Location: Summit, NJ</p> <p>Travel %: 10%</p> <p>Pay: $98,000 - $167,900</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>The Brand Manager will lead the US strategic portfolio management of Pain Externals & Sleep business. In this capacity, they will be responsible for leading the portfolio architecture, performance and measurement process across the category/competitive landscape and overall integrated business planning process for our Kenvue Externals & Sleep brands: TYLENOL Precise, BENGAY, TYLENOL PM, MOTRIN PM, and Simply Sleep. This person will play a critical role in driving success for product launch activation and measurement. They will be an integral part of activating our US 3-year operating model and work closely with our cross-functional commercial and global teams. Looking for a highly strategic, analytical leader to be part of the Pain Care leadership team and elevate our portfolio and growth strategy to new heights.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of the category and competitive landscape to best share our portfolio strategy across long-term horizon. </li><li>Can develop, lead, and execute strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the Franchise, including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans. </li><li>Achieves sales, consumption, and share objectives for the Franchise </li><li>Can guide the development of current and/or future forecast for all brands within the Franchise and updates throughout the year. </li><li>Partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Business Intelligence, Sales, Operations to achieve brand / business outcomes. </li><li>Creates a high-performance culture that instills integrity, creativity, teamwork, insight and excellence throughout the marketing organization. </li><li>Manage people and support their professional development. </li><li>Ability to manage a complex portfolio. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or a business-related field is required. An MBA is preferred. </li><li>A minimum of 6 years of business experience is required. </li><li>A minimum of 3 years of progressive commercial experience is required. </li><li>Marketing or sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required. </li><li>Strong analytical and insights management experience required. </li><li>Candidate must have superior leadership skills and demonstrated track record to lead cross-functional projects and ability to present strategy at senior levels </li><li>Experience through different product life cycles (mature brand, new launch, turnaround). </li><li>P&L/financial management and business/strategic planning experience are required. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <ul> <li>Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900.
