In this role, you will tackle complex technical challenges, optimize enterprise applications, and enhance system integration to ensure seamless operations across our healthcare system.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Technical Solutions - Design, document, and implement functional and technical solutions for enterprise IT systems. </li><li>Tier 2 Support & Troubleshooting - Research, analyze, and resolve complex system issues across applications like Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Imprivata, and Mobile Device Management solutions (Workspace ONE, Imprivata Mobile Access Management, etc.) </li><li>Enterprise System Deployment - Oversee system rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation, integration, and support across SRHS. </li><li>Collaborate & Innovate - Work closely with help desk, network teams, operations, consultants, and vendors to enhance system performance and user experience. </li><li>Drive Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to optimize system functionality, user workflows, and technology adoption. </li><li>Project Management - Lead projects from planning to execution, including system design, testing, training, and go-live support. </li><li>Technical Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate system architecture diagrams, generate reports, and contribute to RFP development for vendor proposals. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education:</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies, Mathematics, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>OR 10 years of direct IT admin experience with a high school diploma in lieu of a degree.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of IT-related experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in a related IT field. </li><li>Experience: 7-10 years of IT experience and/or relevant IT certifications. </li><li>Skills & Knowledge: </li><li>Advanced troubleshooting and debugging abilities. </li><li>Experience managing system integrations and third-party software applications. </li><li>Strong presentation and consultative skills to influence decision-making. </li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. </li></ul> <p>What to Expect:</p> <p>This role operates with limited supervision and requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
