<p>Summary of Position:#Performs ultrasound examinations including duplex sonography for venous examinations under the direction of Radiologist. Utilizing independent judgement and rendering images to Radiologist. Participates in student teaching. Primary Job Responsibilities:# Responsible for following policies and procedures for Medical Imaging department. Experience in abdominal,ob/gyn, small parts, venous doppler ultrasound. Knowledgeable in the use of ultrasound equipment including range of transducers. Completes all competencies each year along with providing great customer service. Minimum Qualifications:#Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound. ARDMS or eligible, BLS certification as per requirements for Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
