<p>The primary purpose of this role is to drive achievement of sales, margin, and profit, and Likely</p> <p>to Recommend (LTR) goals for an assigned district area by providing oversight to a team of</p> <p>In-Home Sales Specialists (IHSS). The Services Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the</p> <p>recruiting, selection, onboarding, developing, and retaining of IHSSs.</p> <ul> <li>Provides direction for all install sales programs within an assigned district area to ensure the </li></ul> <p>achievement of sales, margin, close rate, and profitability goals</p> <ul> <li>Recruits, selects and retains In-Home Sales Specialists (IHSS) </li><li>Manages the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct </li></ul> <p>interaction with the service providers and indirect interaction with Service Support</p> <ul> <li>Oversees all service quality issues through regular interaction including site inspections, </li></ul> <p>service provider meetings, and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure Lowe's</p> <p>quality standards are met</p> <ul> <li>Supports Installed Sales performance by identifying training and talent gaps, developing </li></ul> <p>action plans in partnership with the Store Leadership team to mitigate gaps, role plays with</p> <p>PSEs on selling behaviors and provides feedback to Store Leadership with specific action</p> <p>plans to improve performance</p> <ul> <li>Obtains and holds licenses on Lowe's behalf as required </li><li>Drives compliance with all Lowe's policies and procedures pertaining to Permit, lead safe </li></ul> <p>processes and regulatory requirements across the installation life cycle.</p> <ul> <li>Oversees the installation project quote process for accuracy based on customer product </li></ul> <p>selection, independent PROvider measurements, permit requirements and environmental assessments.</p> <ul> <li>Review execution by PSEs for compliance with Lowe's policies, including for lead safe </li></ul> <p>practices and contracts</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of experience managing an outside sales team of direct or indirect reports</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of outside sales experience in a related industry</p> </li></ul> <p>Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.</p>
