The ideal candidate will have strong PowerBI skills, solid SQL capabilities, and experience with Databricks. This role requires someone who can independently reason and analyze data without handholding.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports for our E-commerce platforms. </li><li>Conduct deep-dives on ad-hoc behavioral questions regarding guest interactions with our digital properties (web & app). </li><li>Utilize PowerBI to visualize data and provide actionable insights. </li><li>Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. </li><li>Work with Databricks to manage and analyze large datasets. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. </li><li>Exposure to Adobe Analytics is a plus. </li><li>A background in Data Science is desirable but not mandatory. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in PowerBI. </li><li>Solid SQL skills (focused on analysis, not data engineering). </li><li>Experience with Databricks. </li><li>Ability to work independently and think analytically. </li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus. </li><li>Data Science background is a bonus but not required. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Remote #LI-LG6</p>
