<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is seeking an associate to join the Workflow Solutions Team within Order Flow Management. In this role, you will help to provide end-to-end workflow and trading solutions across our diverse customers and channel partners and help develop and improve FCM's execution oversight! You will use an iterative approach in partnering with Technology, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and others to improve processes and data associated with the execution of various asset classes by trading partners. As a critical part of agile product development, you will work closely with internal channel business partners, data scientists, technologists, and operations staff to continuously refine the workflows, controls, validation, and payments process.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Apply a hypothesis driven approach to analyze and synthesize insights that will guide ongoing design and development of FCM's workflows, controls, validation, and payments process.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the regulatory and risk environments, and optimally integrate them into your decision-making process</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate progress, risks, and countermeasures effectively within the team and more broadly to key team members</p> </li></ul> <p>The Expertise and Skills You Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical problem-solving background</p> </li><li> <p>Agile product management experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of equity financial markets and trading processes preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire</p> </li><li> <p>Standout colleague with a positive attitude and an interest in crafting innovative equity trading solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand the technical and operational components and workflows associated with FCM's equity trading products</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to liaise with multiple departments (legal, risk, compliance, operations, technology, business partners) to build solutions for our customers</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to build and cultivate external relationships with trading partners</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to communicate and demonstrate the value of workflow decisions to business and technology partners through both quantitative and qualitative rationale</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter who accepts pace over perfection and enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding environment</p> </li></ul> <p>The Team:</p> <p>FCM's Equity's Workflow Solutions team defines and brings to market the innovative equity trading products and solutions that our customers need.</p> <ul> <li>Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position </li></ul> <p>Certifications:</p> <p>Series 07 - FINRA, Series 63 - FINRA</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>Fidelity Investments is a privately held company with a mission to strengthen the financial well-being of our clients.
