<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is seeking an associate to join the Workflow Solutions Team within Order Flow Management. In this role, you will help to provide end-to-end workflow and trading solutions across our diverse customers and channel partners and help develop and improve FCM's execution oversight! You will use an iterative approach in partnering with Technology, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and others to improve processes and data associated with the execution of various asset classes by trading partners.
